Lisa R. Howard

Lisa practices in the areas of adoption, guardianship, and other special issues surrounding Indian Children within these cases. She grew up in the Oklahoma City metro area and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, Summa Cum Laude. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the American Indian Law Review and Phi Delta Phi. Other notable Phi Delta Phi members include the late Chief Justice Rehnquist and President Theodore Roosevelt.

While still in law school, Lisa was one of three law students chosen from across the nation to earn an internship in the United States Department of Justice.
